After two television projects, Village in the Street and Street in the Village, actor Duc Hieu returned to the small screen as Dr. Tuan in Us 8 years later.

The actor believes that he is lucky to be able to participate in the film, taking on a character that is easy to sympathize with viewers.

In Us 8 years later, Tuan clearly shows his affection and care for Duong (Huyen Lizzie) while she is indifferent because she has not forgotten her first love.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter about the sweet kiss scene with actress Huyen Lizzie, Duc Hieu humorously said that for him, kissing Huyen Lizzie was very difficult and seemed impossible because the actor was married.

Duc Hieu said that when he entered the scene, he merged into the character, so the emotions at that time were completely those of the character.

At that time, my heart was also pounding, I felt quite shaky and nervous, so I sometimes forgot my lines even though I had thoroughly rehearsed before with Ms. Huyen Lizzie and director Bui Tien Huy.

The actor further shared that when the movie aired, many people advised him to `prepare a blanket to lie on the sofa` because he was angry with his wife, MC Thuy Linh VTV, when filming a kissing and emotional scene with his co-star.

`I had a `bloody lesson` learned from the movie Street in the Village. That day, I had a kiss scene but didn’t report it, so my wife was angry. In fact, she didn’t forbid anything because she understood the nature of work very well.

Therefore, in this movie, I had a bit more experience, so from the moment I read the script and saw that there was an emotional scene, I immediately told my wife exactly as the couple had promised.

Duc Hieu shared that he understands the characteristics of acting and the clear distinction between his real self and the character in the film.

The actor said that his wife also had experience working as an actor, so she understood and sympathized with her husband. In fact, the female MC always encouraged him, hoping he would have more new opportunities.

Duc Hieu’s full name is Phung Duc Hieu (born 1992) and is from Hoa Binh. He graduated from the University of Theater and Cinema.

Regarding his personal life, at the end of 2020, the actor married MC Thuy Linh VTV.
