(Dan Tri) – Participating in the C-size crossover segment in Vietnam, the Subaru Forester has just been slightly upgraded, helping the car increase its competitiveness with rivals such as Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Honda CR-V or Ford Territory.

At the Vietnam Auto Show – VMS 2022, the new Subaru Forester suddenly appeared, while it was not until November that the product was officially introduced at an event in Thailand.

Still keeping the same basic appearance as before, the new Forester has slightly changed the grille design, refined light cluster with C-shaped daytime LED strip, LED-projector headlights, fog lights with 3 strips.

The body of the car is not much different.

The interior of the Subaru Forester is also equipped with some additional equipment such as LED lights for the main cockpit.

The clock cluster has an additional multi-function information display screen.

The notable upgrade of the new Subaru Forester is EyeSight 4.0 driver assistance technology.

Continuing to use the Subaru global chassis platform, the new model has had its suspension refined to increase smoothness and flexible handling.

X-Mode is improved for the SAWD drive system, allowing automatic adjustment to help the driver cross roads with different terrain through Snow / Dirt and Deep Snow / Mud modes depending on

The new Subaru Forester continues to import complete units from Thailand.

However, the car will have to compete with many competitors in the C-size crossover segment with 5-seat configuration such as Mazda CX-5, Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tucson;
